I think one of the biggest takeaways is the emphasis on belief in yourself. If you don’t believe you can achieve something, it’s going to be hard to put in the effort needed to get there. And that idea of surrounding yourself with a supportive group of like-minded people is so crucial. I mean, it’s way easier to stay motivated when you have people cheering you on!
