Setting boundaries is tough, especially with someone like Jane who seemed to ignore yours, but it’s a lesson we all learn eventually. It’s tough when people act one way and then suddenly cut you off, but it sounds like you’ve grown from it. Looking back, it’s easier to see what went wrong, but at least you’re aware now.
